Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex, scalable web applications
Architect and implement full-stack solutions using modern technologies
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
Drive technical architecture decisions and establish best practices
Optimize application performance, security, and user experience
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Participate in system design reviews and technical planning sessions
Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
Expert proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers
Experience with database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Familiarity with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
